Idyllic
The setting is idyllic, in an old small hamlet, and the hosts are perfectly charming, very attentive and especially very VERY kind and flexible. I had booked for a certain date, but arrived the next day. I only realized my mistake the same day. Well, they were incredibly kind and correct in agreeing to switch me to the next day, without any penalty, because by a miracle they had a place left. 
I am a solo pilgrim on the road to Compostela, and I was going to need dinner when I arrived. Not being a table d'hôte, my hostess made an exception and prepared what she called a snack for me, but for me it was a feast. So for a very small extra charge I was treated to a king's meal! What kindness! What a kitchen! I recommend with my eyes closed this wonderful little establishment, where comfort, beauty, greed and kindness are the key words.Charlotte, Japan
